Online Content Moderator in Spanish & Portuguese

ONLINE CONTENT MODERATOR (SPANISH & PORTUGUESE SUPPORT)

WE ARE SEEKING FOR INTERESTED APPLICANTS TO JOIN US IN PROVIDING SPANISH AND PORTUGUESE SUPPORT FOR OUR CLIENT, WHO IS ONE OF THE LARGEST ONLINE CLASSIFIED IN THE WORLD.

Responsibilities:

  1. Review and moderate user generated content with quality and efficiency as the content needs to be accordance to law and according to the sites’ policies and regulations.
  2. Provides customer support  via e-mail and possibly be involved in other customer service related tasks.

Requirements:

You are required to be fluent, with excellent writing skills, in Spanish & Portuguese. You are also fluent in English. You are a flexible and reliable person, prepared to adapt to the nature of the assignment you work on. You are a fast reader, meticulous, punctual, and a responsible person that follows rules. To contribute to the team you always try to deliver according to a high quality. You are able to work well even in a stressful environment. You are interested in working in an international company and together with people from other countries.
Previous work experience in customer care or online services is a bonus but not a requirement. You have good interpersonal and communication skills, are customer service oriented, and a positive working attitude. We expect you to be computer literate. Preferably you have a valid work permit/visa in Malaysia for at least a minimum period of 6 months.

Malaysians who used to work/ live in Spanish & Portuguese speaking countries are welcome to apply. For non-Malaysian who can speak Spanish & Portuguese may apply as well.
