In line with our expansion we are seeking for new talents to come on board as part of our family. We are looking for meticulous and service oriented individuals with excellent track records to join us at our office in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur in providing POLISH, ROMANIAN, GREEK & LITHUANIAN support for one of the largest online classified sites in the world.
Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user generated content according to the sites’ policies and regulations
- Make necessary corrections to online content
- Provide customer support via e-mail
- Other customer service related tasks
Requirements:
You are required to be fluent, with excellent writing skills, in Polish, Romanian, Greek & Lithuanian. You are also fluent in English. You are a flexible and reliable person, prepared to adapt to the nature of the assignment you work on. You are a fast reader, meticulous, punctual, and a responsible person that follows rules. To contribute to the team you always try to deliver according to a high quality. You are able to work well even in a stressful environment. You are interested in working in an international company and together with people from other countries.
Previous work experience in customer care or online services is a bonus but not a requirement. You have good interpersonal and communication skills, are customer service oriented, and a positive working attitude. We expect you to be computer literate. Preferably you have a valid work permit/visa in Malaysia for at least a minimum period of 6 months.
Malaysians who used to work/ live in Polish, Romanian, Greek & Lithuanian speaking countries are welcome to apply. For non-Malaysian who can speak Polish, Romanian, Greek & Lithuanian may apply as well.
