The Purpose of the Position The purpose of the position is to review adverts for Besedo´s customers which are online purchase and sales service companies. Therefore one is required to view advert content with quality and efficiency, offer customer support via telephone and e-mail and possibly be involved in other customer service related tasks.

Requirements Because of the variety and nature of assignments we need people that are flexible and reliable. Furthermore, we would require one to handle all incoming adverts and ensure that any mistakes are corrected or rejected. The person we are looking for must also be capable of handling stressful environments, be meticulous and punctual. We need team members that are motivated, responsible to follow rules and capable of meeting deadlines. Previous work experience in customer care or on-line services is desirable but NOT a requirement. The candidate will be fully trained on site. Candidates are also required to be fluent in Swedish and the Norwegian languages. Furthermore, a good understanding of the English language is also a requisite.

Le but de cette position Le but de cette position est d’examiner les annonces pour les clients de Besedo qui sont des sociétés d’achat et de vente en ligne. Les modérateurs de contenu en ligne sont responsables de la réussite de cette mission, ils doivent pour se faire allier le qualitatif et le quantitatif en terme de petites annonces, offrir au client un soutient téléphonique et par email, mais aussi s’impliquer dans toutes les taches relatives au service clientèle.

Exigences En raison de la variété et de la nature des missions nous avons besoin de personnes flexibles, fiables et ayant une approche pratique. Nous avons besoin d’une personne qui puisse gérer toutes les annonces entrantes et s’assurer que toutes les erreurs soient corrigées ou rejetées. La personne que nous recherchons doit aussi être capable de gérer avec un environnement stressant, être méticuleux et ponctuel. Nous avons besoin que les membres de notre équipe soient motivés, responsables, capables de suivre les règles et de respecter les délais. Une expérience antérieure dans un centre de service serait appréciable mais pas obligatoire. Le candidat sera entièrement formé sur place. La connaissance de l’anglais et d’une deuxième langue est un plus.

Purpose of Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of a group of Nordic Assignments.

Responsibilities:

Reporting directly to the Country Manager, the candidate will be responsible for:

- Maximizing profitability and ensure service levels by always balancing efficiency in the use of human resources with quality in the provision of the service.

- Maintaining and extending the relationship with the client in order to clarify their expectations and deliver agreed services as well as identifying up-selling opportunities.

- Assuming responsibility for the people aspect of the Nordic assignments and adopting a hands-on approach in the training, performance monitoring, coaching and leadership of the Team Leaders within the assignments.

- Revising operational practices and realizing innovative means to increase productivity aspects whilst not losing foresight of the economic targets / goals.

Requirements:

- Have a management background or formal education in management and have the capability to set priorities, goals, and objectives.

- Demonstrated capability to manage, coach and mentor.

- Understanding of the importance of good customer service.

- Good judgment and the ability to set priorities and make decisions.

- High level of interpersonal and written and oral communication skills, both in Swedish and English.

- Strong analytical skills.

- Accounting knowledge in relation to P&Ls and budget handling.

- Computer literate.

- Good time management skills, organized, and high capacity to handle a dynamic work environment.
