Your responsibilities

• Review online content according to guidelines
• Identify fraud and counterfeit
• Make corrections to adverts
• Forum Moderating
• Chat hosting
• Customer support via e-mail and via phone
• Perform work with quality and efficiency

Your profile

You are a flexible and reliable person, prepared to adapt to the nature of the assignment you work on. You are meticulous, punctual, and a responsible person that follows rules. To contribute to the team you always try to deliver according to a high quality. You are able to work well even in a stressful environment.

Requirements

Previous work experience in customer care or online services is a bonus but not a requirement. You are required to be fluent in Swedish and English. Fluency in German will be considered an asset.

We offer a role in a young, dynamic and international team working in the Mediterranean island of Malta, with close distance to shops, and nice and inexpensive apartments close to the beach.

You will be fully trained for the role and have the opportunity to develop your skills in online customer care and online security.

You will receive everything you need to ensure that you settle in easily in Malta, including pick-up at the airport, a week on well respected hotel, and help in finding and selecting an apartment (usually done within a few days).

Rollbeskrivning

Som Assignment Manager jobbar du för en av våra största kunder, som erbjuder användargenererat innehåll på nätet. Ditt uppdrag blir att maximera kvaliteten och lönsamhet för kunden på både kort och lång sikt. Vi tror att du klarar detta genom att alltid balansera effektivitet och kvalitet i det dagliga arbetet med ditt teams resurser och kunskaper. Du är också en person som jobbar hårt, taktisk och ibland strategiskt för att behålla och fördjupa relationen med kunden. I rollen ingår även att identifiera vad som behöver förbättras och hur man kan öka merförsäljning samt att förstå och utvärdera de ekonomiska bitarna av uppdraget. Du kommer att följa upp budget, analysera och presentera statistiska rapporter samt ta ansvar för bemanning. Du rapporterar till vår globala verksamhetschef.

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet

Du har en eftergymnasial utbildning, gärna med företagsekonomisk inriktning. Du har flera års erfarenhet av att jobba inom kundservice, och har också varit i en ledande roll, kanske som kundtjänstchef eller som verksamhetsansvarig på ett mindre företag. Du har haft budgetansvar eller varit involverad i budgetprocessen. Om du har jobbat på en onlinebaserat företag är det meriterande.

Personliga egenskaper

Du har ett starkt kundfokus och arbetar målinriktat för att uppnå både kvalitet och effektivitet. Du har en kraftfull ledarstil och motiverar ditt team genom att coacha och ge dem tydliga mål. Att följa upp resultat är en framgångsrik strategi i ditt arbete och din analytiska förmåga hjälper dig att förstå statistik och rapporter. Kommunikation är ett av dina nyckelord. Du talar svenska och engelska flytande och är van att arbeta med Office, framför allt Excel.

Du kommer att vara drivande i arbetet med att bygga relationer och skapa samarbeten med strategiska partners samt agera rådgivande gentemot ledningen rörande investeringar inom IT-området. Du kommer att arbeta med att utvärdera, utveckla och implementera dessa lösningar i Besedos befintliga IT-miljö.

 Kompetensprofilen

Vi tror att du har arbetat som systemutvecklare och har tagit klivet till en mer projektledande roll alternativt arbetar med arkitekturfrågor och nu vill ta nästa steg. Vi ser gärna att du har arbetat med kravställning gentemot externa leverantörer eller konsulter och att du har en högskoleutbildning i grunden.
