Martin Dahlgren - Chief Executive Officer
Martin is the CEO of Besedo. He has extensive experience from knowledge based service companies and was previously the CEO for Energo. Before that he held Senior Management positions at Hifab Group AB and Skanska. Martin holds a B.Sc in Construction and Civil engineering from Narvik College of Engineering in Norway and a M.Sc in Environmental Engineering from Luleå Technical University in Sweden.Further he has additional studies in economic science, industrial management, Marketing and Business Administration.
David Blank - Vice President Human Resources
David is responsible for HR and has previously worked as management consultant, executive coach and recruitment advisor. He has more than 10 years international experience from performance improvement projects and in helping leaders increase their effectiveness. He has worked in companies such as Accenture and Kenexa, taught organizational behavior management (OBM) in collaboration with Stockholm University, Karolinska Institutet and KTH Executive Education, and was a Board Member of the Swedish Association of Behavior Therapy. David holds a M.Sc in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics and a M.Sc in Psychology from Stockholm University and is a Licensed Psychologist.
Craig Fletcher - Vice President Operations
Craig is responsible for Operations within Besedo since 2009. He has an extensive history of management positions within operations for companies such as Quality Response Sweden, Excellent Group in Scandinavia NasdaqOMX and KL Data. He has been responsible for implementations and roll outs for Dell, Microsoft and Canal Digital. Craig holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Central Queensland University, Rockhampton in Australia.
Linda Höljö - Chief Financial Officer
Linda is the CFO of Besedo and has extensive experience from the finance industry. She has held management positions in companies such as InnovationsKapital, Thisbe (now FAM), Polaris Venture Partners in Boston and Investor AB. During her career, she has also served on the boards of a number of startups and venture capital funds in the Nordic region. Linda holds an M.Sc in Economics and Business Administration from Stockholm School of Economics. Further she holds an M.Sc in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, Göteborg and a DEA Subatomic Physics from Université Joseph Fourier in Grenoble.
Sylvain Lamblot - Vice President Sales
Sylvain is responsible for Sales and he has 15 years experience from the Telecom industry in Sales and business development. Previously he has held management positions in Ericsson, Netwise, Thomson Telecom, COLT and Solucom. Sylvain’s expertise lays within value based solutions for international companies. Sylvain holds an Executive MBA in corporate management from ESSEC Paris as well as a Master degree in Telecom Engineering from Telecom Paris
